Accommodation & Challenge Coordinator for Love Island All Stars Series 2. My role included planning and logistics management of all crew in several hotels across South Africa. Liaising with crew needs and requests via the hotel management and staff. Assisting organising the main fly in to South Africa, ensuring all crew made it into their rooms and then to site if needed. Working closely with the UK and On Island Transport Team and covering when needed. Assisting with covering the Site/ Build Coordinator, tending to Islander Needs and filming needs. Handling the Challenge budget to keep across spending. Getting hands on in the villa helping to set up challenges and games.

Talent Production Coordinator - Responsible for all talent schedules, this includes panelists , guests, F&F each week for a live studio show. Transport, hotels and logistics for each talent included within the show. Assisting with the live production of the show by supporting the Assistant Floor Manager. Managing a team of weekly runners and ensuring catering is collected by Olio (too good to go) so we are achieving out Albert commitments & helping the local community we film in. Organising logistics to fly the panel to Mallorca for the main show and liaising with the on Island Team for resources to film.

Casting Production Coordinator - Responsible for DBS, Health & Welfare of the cast, Handling confidential data and adhering to GDPR. Organising hotels across the UK and managing the transport movement order of crew and cast each day on set. Managing one of the filming locations, ensuring all crew and cast have catering, adequate breaks, ensuring Welfare teams have the access they need. Managing a team of runners & a production secretary as well as supporting editorial teams.

Studio Production Coordinator - Organising and curating studio backstage schedules for all pro skaters and celebrities. Producing schedules for all onscreen talent, including travel and accommodation. Organising suppliers and responsible for payment purchase orders throughout.

Production Secretary for The Acts on The Voice UK 2021. Organising logistics of travel and accommodation for acts. Assisting with Schedules and timings of workshop and studio days. Raising purchase orders, contracting new suppliers, raising new contracts for staff and freelancers.

Sourcing products, supporting the schedules and running of the filming and studio days. Looking after the acts and ensuring they have everything they need. Looking after a team of runners and leading them throughout the studio days. Shadowing production managers on the team.
